According to different processing techniques, there are three main methods for adding oil spray: spraying in the pre granulation mixer, spraying in the granulation machine during the granulation process, and spraying after granulation. If too much is added in the first two ways, it can easily lead to uneven mixing of feed and loose and fragile particle products, so the amount of oil added is generally less. The final spraying method can add up to 3% to 14% of oil, and the surface of the feed is sprayed evenly. The content and composition of oil in the feed are stable and will not be lost due to high temperature and pressure. The spray oil technology after granulation can adopt offline spraying process, that is, spray and sell, which can produce products that satisfy customers according to their needs.
Usage/application field of post feed spraying equipment:
During the production process of pellet feed and puffed feed, high temperature, high pressure, and high humidity steam need to be added. This is beneficial for the adjustment, granulation, or puffing of the feed, as well as for killing pathogenic microorganisms in the feed raw materials. However, this process can result in certain losses of heat sensitive components (such as enzyme preparations, vitamins, live bacteria preparations, and oils) in the compound feed. Post spray addition technology can effectively solve problems such as loss of active ingredients and cross contamination of drugs. Post fat addition technology refers to the use of specific methods to add certain components in compound feed that are prone to loss or damage during processing in the later stages of processing, in order to prevent these components from being lost or damaged.
