By spraying oil or other functional liquid additives on the surface of feed particles, the problems of oil oxidation and uneven distribution in traditional mixing processes have been effectively solved, while providing more accurate nutritional regulation methods for the aquaculture industry.

The core of post feed spraying lies in the technological innovation of "granulation before spraying". In traditional processes, adding oil directly to the mixer can easily lead to a decrease in particle hardness, an increase in granulation energy consumption, and the high-temperature granulation process can damage some thermosensitive nutrients. Then, the fuel injection technology uses an independent spraying system to accurately cover the surface of the finished particles with liquid components, achieving three major breakthroughs:

1. Nutritional retention: Avoid high temperature damage to active ingredients such as vitamins and enzyme preparations.

2. Cost optimization: The spraying amount can be precisely controlled between 0.5% -6%, reducing oil waste by 5% -15% compared to traditional mixing processes;

3. Function expansion: Supports multi-layer spraying technology, such as spraying antioxidants first and then covering the oil film, which can significantly extend the shelf life of feed.

1. The amount of liquid added can be adjusted with high precision.

2. There are different specifications of coarse and fine filters installed in the inlet and outlet pipelines, which can filter impurities in the liquid and prevent blockage of the flow meter and nozzle.

3. The equipment has the characteristics of reliable control and easy operation.

4. An air blowing device can be installed in the pipeline system. When the liquid stops adding, the air blowing device will automatically start to clean the residual liquid in the pipeline, which can effectively prevent liquid dripping when adding is stopped;

5. Suitable for adding oils, molasses, etc.

Method of adding grease spray:

According to different processing techniques, there are three main methods for adding oil spray: spraying in the pre granulation mixer, spraying in the granulation machine during the granulation process, and spraying after granulation. If too much is added in the first two ways, it can easily lead to uneven mixing of feed and loose and fragile particle products, so the amount of oil added is generally less. The final spraying method can add up to 3% to 14% of oil, and the surface of the feed is sprayed evenly. The content and composition of oil in the feed are stable and will not be lost due to high temperature and pressure. The spray oil technology after granulation can adopt offline spraying process, that is, spray and sell, which can produce products that satisfy customers according to their needs.

Usage/application field of post feed spraying equipment:

During the production process of pellet feed and puffed feed, high temperature, high pressure, and high humidity steam need to be added. This is beneficial for the adjustment, granulation, or puffing of the feed, as well as for killing pathogenic microorganisms in the feed raw materials. However, this process can result in certain losses of heat sensitive components (such as enzyme preparations, vitamins, live bacteria preparations, and oils) in the compound feed. Post spray addition technology can effectively solve problems such as loss of active ingredients and cross contamination of drugs. Post fat addition technology refers to the use of specific methods to add certain components in compound feed that are prone to loss or damage during processing in the later stages of processing, in order to prevent these components from being lost or damaged.
