008615961276162SCM-1200 Robotic Palletizer 1.Introduction Robotic palletizer also named: manipulator palletizer, palletizing manipulator, palletizing robot, stacking robot, etc., It can automatic palletizing all kinds of bags, with the advantage of fast speed stacking, neat stacking shape, and high level of automation. It is composed of flattening machine, buffer conveyor, grab roller, palleting machine, mechanical arm and other devices. 2.Difference The main differences between the automatic high-level palletizer and the robotic palletizer are as follows: 2.1.Different applications Robotic palletizer has a wide range of applications, including bags, boxes and so on, all can be used. The high-level palletizer is mainly used in the bags palletizing production line. 2.2.Different installatiing and using The robotic palletizer is more flexible in installation, and can stack several kinds of finished bags (boxes) at the same time, also can meet the finished bags stacking which transmitted by three sets conveying lines. The high-level palletizer can only stack one type of bag and meet the finished bags stacking only transmitted by one set conveying line. Palletizing effect: The high-level palletizer has great advantages: 1.the maximum speed can reach 1600 bags per hour, 2.the stacking shape is neat and beautiful, 3. the bags are not easy falling. The single gripper of the robotic palletizer can reach 800 bags per hour, and the double gripper can reach about 1200 bags per hour. The disadvantages of the robotic palletizer are: 1. If the position and posture of the bags are not accurate, it will be easy to broken the bags. 2. The stacking type is not as good as the high-level palletizer and manual palletizing, but the high-level palletizer doesn't have these problems. 2.3.The power of the machines is similar, but the using life and the cost are big different. The high-level palletizer can be used for 15 years, but the robotic palletizer only can be used 5-8 years. The using cost of high-level palletizer is lower, and the using cost of manipulator is higher. 2.4.The shape made by high-level palletizer is neat and beautiful, which is the robotic palletizer can't get. 2.5.The high-level palletizer is widely used, and can be used in any area. The robotic palletizer cannot be used in highland areas, because the robot difficult to be used. 3.Technological Process 3.1.Bags upside down and lifting: the finished bags are folded and sealed after the material is filled. The finished bags are in a standing state, and will be pushed down by the cylinder to make them lie flat, and then rotated by the disc., the bags are returned to the middle of the conveyor belt, and then the bags enter into the lifting belt, and adjust the bags to the specified position by adjustment baffles which are installed on both sides of the lifting belt. The lifting belt lifts the bags to the palletizer's platform. The boxes don't need this device, it can be directly transported to the robot palletizer platform after packed 3.2.Bags sorting: the packed bags are transported to the flattening machine by the conveyor. The flattening machine will be used to flatten the packed bags, and the materials will be full filled into bags evenly. The boxes no need flattening. 3.3.Detection and grabing: the sorted bags arrive at the grabing roller table. After the robot detects that there are bags (boxes) on the grabing roller table, the mechanical arm reaches the positioning point and turns to the bags (boxes). Themechanical arm opens and clamps the bags, then turned and stacked and palletized according to the set grouping procedures. 3.4.Palletizing and conveying: the bags (boxes) are palletized according to the set stacking type. After the palletizing is completed, the pallets are directly transported away by a forklift or truck to complete the palletizing process. 3.5.The working principle of the pallets warehouse: the pallets warehouse of the high-level palletizer and the robotic palletizer are same, so can be used universally. The pallets warehouse is used to storaged the empty pallets. Pallets warehouse is an accessory part of high-level palletizer and robotic palletizer. Putting the empty pallet into the pallets warehouse by forklift or manual. When the palletizer need an empty pallet, the pallets lifter in the pallets warehouse will lift the entire empty pallet, leaving the downmost pallet, and the conveyor transports the downmost pallet to the palletizer for palletizing, and the pallets lifter will put down the remain empty pallets, thus complete the conveying of a layer of empty pallets. 4.Features 4.1.Wide range of application, suitable for the stacking of all kinds of bags.
