ATPM-800 Auto Ton Bag Packing Machine

1.Introduction:

Automatic ton bag packing machine, also named automatic big bag packaging machine, automatic container bag packaging scale, automatic jumbo bag packing machine and so on.

It no need manual loading bags (hanging bags), all full automatic loading bags, automatic weighing materials, automatic filling, automatic transporting , automatic heat sealing, automatic printing production information.

Automatic ton bags packing machine can be used in any production line that need big bags packaging. It can perfectly replace the semi-automatic manual bagging ton bags packing machine. Both granular materials and powder materials all can be automatically transported and packed by the automatic ton bags packing machine.

2.Technological process:

Ton bags are rolled into a roll according to 150 bags, and put into the bags frame by manual. The empty bags are moved forward on the conveyor. When the bags mouth reaches the appropriate position, the sensor will send the signal to the PLC and PLC give instructions: the up and down suction cups suck & pull & open the bags' mouth, and the manipulator clamps the bags' mouth, moves the bags forward and lifts them, and puts the bags into the discharging hopper.

At the same time, after receiving the successful signal from the bagging, the weighing system puts the materials into the ton bags according to the set weight to finish the filling materials.

After the filling is finished, the bags hanging part stretches the bags' mouth out, the ultrasonic sealing machine sews the bags' mouth, the auxiliary part sorts the bags' mouth, and the posture adjustment part ties and lifts the bags, and adjusts the direction. So far, the system completes a full-automatic filling process for one ton bag.
