1.Introduction

The VPM-25 valve bag packing machine is suitable for the packing of powder materials, granular materials and powder-granule materials, such as: dry powder mortar, spar, quartz sand, river sand, activated carbon, refractory materials, resin powder, pigment powder, carbon black, alumina, titanium dioxide, etc.

2.Technological Process

The materials flow down from finished product bin to buffer hopper of the packing machine, and homogenized by the homogenization and mixing system, so can effectively discharge the gas contained in the materials from the buffer hopper, and also can prevent the material from agglomeration, so as to ensure the smoothness of the whole packing process.

During the packing process, the materials are filled into the bags by a screw feeder controlled by frequency conversion. When the filling weight reaches the preset quantitative value, the packing machine stops feeding, and the pneumatic device returns the bags to the conveyor to complete a single bag packing.
