1.  Introduction:

BF series three layers of swing screener is a special equipment for wood chip preparing section, mainly used for sorting different size wood in production process, and the sorting specification can be realized through changing different mesh size of the screen mesh.

3. Working principle & structure characteristics:

3.1 The eccentric shaft was driving by the motor to rotate through the triangular belt, and the eccentric distance of the eccentric shaft is the swing range, and the swing amplitude can be adjusted by the bolt; the screen frame is swing driving by the upper parts of the eccentric shaft through a self-aligning bearing. When the wood chips falls into a screen body, due to the screen body tilted by an angle, with the body to swing, chips falls down and sorting through the screen,  chips of different specification discharged by different port output.

3.2 Main structure

3.2.1.Screen body

Welding frame, erecting two layers of screen mesh. Large wood chips separated from the upper screen discharged by the large port of output. Sorting qualified wood chips discharged by the middle port of output. Detrital material discharged by the scrap export output.

3.2.2.The eccentric shaft components

Composed of upper and lower half shaft, pulley, bearing, counterweight etc.. The counterweight is used to offset screen for centrifugal force deflection when the weight depends on the eccentricity and size.

3.2.3. Swing arm components

ROSTA elastic joint in the four rocker arm supporting the screen and reset action. Through the elastic deformation of the joint, the effect of the deflection of the sieve body when the rotation of the screen is adapted.

3.2.4. Support and base components

Welding frame structure, bearing the load of the screen body movement. The motor is arranged inside of the base, and the position of the motor can be adjusted to adjust the tightness of the belt.
