SFE single screw extruder/floating fish feed extruder machine:

SFE series extruder is a high efficiency single screw extruder, which is based on our ample production experience of extruder, consideration on performance of congeneric products in domestic and oversea countries. It is mainly used to produce aquatic feed and pet feed, it has a very impressive performance and efficiency, especially when producing 1～8mm floating feed.

1.Comparing to other machines, it possesses below advantages

1.1.Driven shaft and working shaft adopt split type combination structure. In current market, other single screw extruders’ main shaft is integrated type. When need overhauling or changing oil seal and bearing, need to remove the cylinder and all parts on the main shaft, then push out the main shaft from bearing container, after overhauling or changing, restore the parts one by one. The whole process needs one to three days, wasting time and labor force.

Our SFE series products adopt split type main shaft, when overhauling bearing box, only need to loose the connection sleeve on driven shaft and working shaft, remove the connection part of cylinder and connection bolt of bearing container, them the whole part of cylinder and screw can be removed out. Meanwhile, split type main shaft makes the driven shaft shorter, it is more convenient to take out from bearing container and install. When finishing the overhauling, it is convenient to restore the cylinder and screw, only need to connect the connection part between main shaft and cylinder. The whole process needs about 2-3 hours, saving time, releasing labor force and increasing efficiency.

1.2.The connection between screw part and main shaft adopts involute spline. Common single screws adopt single bond or multi bonds, it is easy to appear stress concentration. During the operation, high temperature and pressure and melt materials permeate into the gap between screw and main shaft, it makes the screw hard to take out. SFE series machines adopt involute spline between screw and main shaft, it has no stress concentration. Besides, both ends of screw adopt accurate grinding, the end surfaces connects firmly to prevent materials into involute spline groove. It is easy to take out when disassembling.

1.3.The cylinder is lined with wear-resistant alloy steel cover, lifetime can be over 8000 hours. The cylinder adopts circulated conduit type structure, can directly inlet high pressure steam to heat and circulation water cooling(common machines adopt welding stainless steel clamp cover, heating steam pressure is limited, after long time heating and cooling, the machine will dehisce.

1.4.The screw adopts Ni Mo alloy steel wear-resistant material, single lifetime can be over 2000 hours, about 3-4 times than common nitriding steel (like38CrMoAl).

1.5.Our machine adopts double shaft differential speed conditioner (DDC), it makes materials get the most suitable condition,ensure the final product cultivability and high output.

2.Performance characteristics

2.1.Wide range of applications, can adapt to a variety of production process, replaceable and adjustable screw can have different configurations to adapt different target product.

2.2.Stainless steel DDC with 12 steam injectors and 6 liquid nozzles.

2.3.The gearbox can stand strong torque and thrust up to 400hp.

2.4.Jacket design barrel with liner can achieve heating/cooling function. Steam and water can also be injected directly into the barrel.

2.5.Screw is made of special anti-wear alloy with L/D ratio up to 18:1 that assures smoothly production for all kinds of sinking/floating feed.

2.6.Fast replacing mechanism for die and screw and on-line adjustment for cutter.

2.7.SFE series of extruder has a special frequency control feeder, that assures the feeding process become more smooth and stable.
